You need an Instantly account to connect Mailerfind with Instantly. You can create an account here.
From the Mailerfind control panel, go to integrations.
Find Instantly.
Click on "Connect".
Enter your API Key.
You can find your Instantly API Key by following these steps:
Go to your Instantly account.
Click on Settings → Integrations → API.
Paste it into Mailerfind and click on Connect.
 
Next, you can export any analysis to Instantly from the data preview section, as shown below:
To disconnect the integration, you need to do the following:
From the Mailerfind control panel, go to integrations.
Find Instantly.
Click on " Unlink".
Can I export the analysis if it hasn't been completed yet?
Yes, you can export an analysis even if it is not complete; there is no problem with that. However, keep in mind that if new leads are added to the analysis in Mailerfind in the future, you will need to perform the export manually again. Mailerfind will automatically detect the leads that were not included in the initial export and add them to the corresponding campaign in Instantly. This way, a reference is saved, and you will always have your campaigns updated.
How long does it take to export all the data to Smartlead?
The export time is very fast: up to 21,000 leads per minute are processed. This means that even for large volumes of data, the integration ensures an efficient and agile transfer to your campaigns in Instantly.
Is all the data exported?
No, only contacts with a valid email are exported. This is because leads without an email address cannot be used in Instantly campaigns, so it would be unnecessary to include them in the export.
Why have fewer contacts been imported than appear in Mailerfind?
This may be due to several reasons related to exclusion and validation settings in Mailerfind and Smartlead. Some contacts are not imported because:
They are on the global blocklist: Leads that have been globally blocked by the community.
They have been blocked by the community due to bounces: Email addresses that other users have identified as invalid.
They are invalid emails: Email addresses that do not pass validation.
