# Business Analytics with Google Maps

# What data does Mailerfind collect?

Mailerfind collects public information available on Google Maps and other sources associated with the business.

Depending on the availability of each company, you may obtain data such as:

* Profile photo
* Rating and reviews

* Phone number
* Social media profiles
* Location
* Other relevant public information

Not all businesses will have all data available. For example, some may have a phone number but no email, or a website but no social media profiles.

# How to create a Google Maps analysis

## 1. Access “New Analysis”

From the Mailerfind sidebar, click:

`Analysis → New analysis`

## 2. Select Google Maps

In the platform selector, choose:

`Google Maps`

Then select:

`Business Search`

## 3. Draw the search areas

You can search for businesses within specific zones by drawing areas directly on the map.

You have several selection types available:

* Circles
* Polygons
* Custom areas

You can also move around the map or search for any city, region, or country using the top search bar.

# You can select multiple areas

Mailerfind allows you to add multiple areas within the same analysis.

For example:

* Different cities
* Multiple commercial zones

# Configure your search

Once the areas are selected:

1. Enter the type of business you want to find  
   Example:
