How to create a follow-up email in Mailerfind
🟣 Go to the Emails section
🟣 Create a new email
🟣 Tick the box: “This is a follow-up email”
🟣 Write your email content
🟣 Select the email you want to follow up on and choose the follow-up mode
What do these options mean when setting up a follow-up email?
In email campaigns, not all contacts open or interact with your first message. To avoid losing those opportunities, you can set up a follow-up email, like the one shown in the example.
Here’s what each option means:
✉️ Email to follow up (main email)
Select the original email (the first one you sent). The system will use it as the basis to determine who should receive the follow-up.
🔍 Follow-up mode
Two ways to segment your audience:
🔹 “Recipients who did not open the main email”
Perfect for trying again with a different subject line or angle. Maybe they were busy or just not drawn in by the first subject.
🔹 “Recipients who opened but did not click the main email”
These people saw your email but didn’t take action. Here, you can try a clearer call-to-action or add an incentive.
