How to Export Leads Obtained in Mailerfind
Exporting the leads generated with our tool is a simple and flexible process. Below, we explain step by step how you can do it according to your needs.
Within each analysis, you will find an "Export" button, from which you can download your data in CSV or Excel format.

When you select either of these options, the file will be downloaded by default with a preset filter: "Users with email". This means that only contacts with a registered email address will be included. If your priority is emails, this is the ideal option.
Note: If the file is very large or you choose the Excel format, it will be sent to your email.
Mailerfind allows you to integrate your exported leads with various platforms to automate and optimize your marketing and sales campaigns. Notable integrations include Smartlead and Instantly, two tools that are ideal for managing and executing advanced email marketing strategies.
If you want to learn more about how to integrate Mailerfind with these platforms, you can consult these articles: Integration with Smartlead - Integration with Instantly.

If you need to download all the obtained data, or filter only those with a specific piece of information, such as websites and/or phone numbers, simply access the "Advanced Export" option.

Select the desired format: CSV or Excel.
Check the boxes of the data you want to filter, but keep in mind how each box works:
With Email: If you check only this box, only the leads with an email address will be downloaded (even if they don't have a website and/or phone number).*
With Website: If you check only this box, the leads with a website associated will be exported (even if they don't have an email and/or phone number).*
With Phone Number: By checking only this box, the leads with a phone number will be downloaded (even if they don't have an email and/or website).*
If you want to combine these conditions, for example, to download leads with both email and phone number, you must check both boxes. The filter uses a logical AND operator, meaning the lead must meet all the selected conditions to be included in the export. This same principle applies if you check all three boxes: only leads that meet all three characteristics will be exported.

If you want to get a complete list of all analyzed public accounts, including those without available data, simply uncheck all boxes.
Within the "Advanced Export" option, you will also find a specific subfilter for emails.

This subfilter allows you to choose between three options:
All (Recommended): Includes both B2B and B2C emails.
Only B2B: Exports only company email addresses. In this case, Mailerfind will exclude all email addresses associated with mass mail providers such as Gmail, Hotmail, Microsoft, and others, and will only download corporate email addresses.
Only B2C: Exports emails for end customers.
This allows you to focus your strategy depending on the type of target audience you want to impact.
In each analysis you perform, you will find a button in the upper-right corner called Options. When you click on it, a menu will open where you can select View Exports.

This option will take you to a page with the history of download attempts related to that analysis, allowing you to easily download it again with the same settings previously used for export.
