How to find Instagram accounts to prospect

Accepted Answer

Mailerfind has two tools for finding relevant Instagram accounts without searching for them by hand: Account Finder and Similar Accounts.

Account Finder: discover profiles you didn't know

Explore Instagram with advanced filters to find accounts that fit your niche, even if you don't know them. You can filter by number of followers, categories, words in the bio, tags and more.

Question 5

How to use account rotation in campaigns

Accepted Answer

Account rotation spreads a campaign's sends across several email accounts. That way you increase your total daily sending volume without exceeding each account's limit, and you protect your senders' reputation.

For example, if you connect three accounts, once the campaign is active Mailerfind rotates the sends among them so each one takes its turn contacting your leads.

What it is for

Scale your campaigns by adding more sending accounts.
Send more without exceeding daily limits. If a Gmail account allows 300 emails a day and you need to send 1,000, use five accounts at 200 each.
Protect reputation and deliverability. Email providers see spikes and excessive daily volumes as a sign of spam. By rotating, sending looks more natural.
Have a backup sender if one account has connection problems.
Work with fewer campaigns: you add all the accounts to a single one instead of creating one campaign per account.

Use rotation

Connect several email accounts to Mailerfind. The steps are in How to connect your Gmail account and in How to connect your corporate email account.
Create or open a campaign. The steps are in How to create a cold email campaign.
In the Sending accounts step, choose all the accounts you want to use.
Complete the remaining steps and launch the campaign.

Question 6

How to personalize your emails with variable fields

Accepted Answer

Variable fields are placeholders in your email where Mailerfind inserts each recipient's data, such as their name. This way you write a single email and every contact receives it as if it were written just for them.

Which fields you can use

The CSV you download from Mailerfind includes data such as the user's name (for example, John), the website (mailerfind.com) or the location (Barcelona). You can use this data with variables such as {{first_name}} or {{website}}.

|| If a contact doesn't have a piece of data, Mailerfind leaves that space blank. The text {{first_name}} will not appear in the email.

Insert a variable field

In Mailerfind's email editor you will find the variable fields option. Choose the one you want and it is added to the text.

Where you can use them
