How to Use Account Rotation in Campaigns

What is Account Rotation?

Sending campaigns from a single email account or "sender" can slow down your outreach and limit your sending capacity.

With Account Rotation, you can easily alternate between multiple email accounts in a single campaign and increase your total daily sending limit.

Consider having three email accounts connected: william@domain.com, eva@domain.io, and ted@domain.hq. Once your sequence is activated, the system takes over and rotates sending emails between these accounts. It makes sure each account gets its turn to reach out to your contacts.

Why Should You Use Mailbox Rotation?

• Scale your campaigns by adding more sending accounts.

• Increase sending volume while staying within daily limits. Being able to send the same campaign from multiple accounts makes it easy to quickly send an email campaign to a large number of recipients without exceeding the recommended daily limits. Depending on the type of email account you have connected in Campaigns, we set different daily sending limits. For example, with a Gmail account, you can send up to 300 emails per day. Imagine you need to send 1,000 emails a day for a campaign. Instead of using one account for everything, use five accounts, each sending 200 emails.

All of this contributes to protecting sender reputation and deliverability. This is because email providers associate sudden spikes in sending volume and excessive daily sending volume with spam-related activity. Mailerfind will then rotate sending emails between these accounts to make it look natural.

• Have a backup sender in case of connectivity issues.

• Instead of having separate campaigns for each of your accounts, add them to a single campaign for greater efficiency.

How Does Account Rotation Work?

1) Go to app.mailerfind.com to the "Emails" section and find the "Manage senders" button.

2) The "Senders" page displays your default account, set up initially. However, if you want to use Account Rotation, make sure you have several email accounts connected to Mailerfind. To connect more accounts, click on "Add new sender".

Tip: You can connect multiple accounts from the same domain, but it's best not to exceed 3 to 5 accounts in the same domain for optimal performance.

3) Create or edit a campaign by navigating to the "Emails" section and clicking on "New Email" or selecting one you have already created.

4) When your sender accounts are ready, go to your campaign settings to add them using the Account Rotation feature.

5) After you have added multiple senders and your campaign is ready, click the "Save Changes" button. Then, you can start sending the campaign by clicking the "Send" button, which will take you to the Delivery Progress page.

Finally, click the "Send" button again to activate the email sending process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I add more sender accounts?

The number of accounts you can use for rotation depends on your plan. With the trial plan, you can only add one account. See the Premium plans that allow an unlimited number of senders in a campaign. Account rotation is available on all Premium plans.

How can I change the sending limits for each email account or sender?

To adjust the sending limits for each email account or sender, you will need to go to the "Manage Sender" page. From there, access the settings page of the specific sender you want to adjust.

Here you will find the sending limit settings. The recommended sending limit varies depending on the email provider you are using (such as Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, SMTP, etc.). You can easily find the recommended daily limits for your provider through a simple Google search, for example, "Gmail daily sending limits for good deliverability". It is important to adhere to these limits to maintain good deliverability and avoid being marked as spam.

Do account rotations also apply to follow-up emails?

If you include follow-up messages in your email campaign, each recipient will receive the follow-up message from the same email account used to send the first message.

Can I modify the email accounts included in the rotation once a campaign has been launched?

You can also add or remove email accounts from the rotation after a campaign has been launched.
