Can I accumulate the credits I haven't used this month?

No. Credits you don't use in a month do not roll over to the next one: they are meant to be used within the same month they are assigned.

Every time your plan renews, you receive the credits it includes again. If you run out of credits before the renewal, you can top up credits.
