How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to app.mailerfind.com and click on My account > Cancel subscription.

How do I know my subscription has been successfully cancelled?

You'll receive a confirmation email. If you've received it, your subscription is cancelled and will not renew.

If you can't find it, check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@mailerfind.com.

What happens to my access and credits when I cancel?

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Once it expires, you will lose access to the platform and any remaining credits.
