Connecting your corporate email account to Mailerfind may seem like a complex process, especially if you lack technical experience. Don't worry! In this guide, we will walk you through the process step by step, making it easy to integrate the most common email accounts.
Step 1: Identify Your Corporate Email Provider
Before proceeding, it’s crucial to know where your corporate email account is hosted. This article provides detailed instructions for the most commonly used providers:
Multinational Providers:
AOL: Follow AOL’s official instructions.
Yahoo: Set up your Yahoo account here.
Microsoft: Connect your Microsoft email account here.
Amazon SES: Set up your Amazon SES account here.
Other Providers:

Plesk: Get SMTP credentials in Plesk.
Step 2: SMTP Configuration
In Mailerfind, we only need the SMTP credentials. Although different protocols exist for managing emails, such as IMAP, POP3, and SMTP, we will focus exclusively on SMTP for this integration.

As shown in the example above, neither IMAP nor POP will be needed. We will go directly to SMTP settings. Each provider has its own details.
To connect your corporate email account to Mailerfind using SMTP, you need to know the following parameters:
SMTP Server: This is the outgoing mail server of your email provider. Each provider has its own server, such as "smtp.example.com" for a corporate @example.com account.
SMTP Port: This is the port number that the mail server uses to send emails. The common SMTP ports are 25, 465, and 587:
• Port 25: Used for SMTP connections without encryption or with optional encryption. It is insecure and not recommended.
• Port 465: Used for SMTP connections encrypted with SSL/TLS.
• Port 587: Used for SMTP connections encrypted with STARTTLS or without encryption. This is the most common port.
Authentication: Some email providers require authentication to use their SMTP server. This involves providing your username (usually the full email address example@yourdomain.com) and the associated password.

Once you have entered your details, test the connection by clicking "Test SMTP connection". Remember to save the changes before testing the credentials. You should click "Save changes" and then "Test SMTP connection".

If the credentials are invalid, you will receive a notification indicating the error. Otherwise, a success message will confirm the correct configuration.
