How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription whenever you want from app.mailerfind.com, under My account → Cancel subscription.

How do I know it has been canceled?

You will receive a confirmation email. If it has arrived, your subscription is canceled and will not renew. If you can't find it, check your spam folder and, if it still doesn't show up, write to us in the chat.

What happens to my access and my credits?

Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. When it ends, you will lose access to the platform and any credits you have left.
